Exceptionally comfortable bed, clean and absolutely perfect room with central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Courtyard view, really kind and very-very nice staff...

The location was super convenient, and there's even a bus stop nearby 🚌.

double room was well air-conditioned and perfect had feather pillows. courtyard view was a pleasant bonus.

The staff here are great, they helped us find parking nearby. the spot is awesome, tucked away in a chill neighborhood, super close to a cozy B&B and a big shopping area. 🌟

The rooms were a bit small but they warned us about it, and the decorations were nice. The hotel was really clean and they had a beautiful outdoor courtyard. The staff was friendly and spoke some English, which was helpful. It was also located in a cool area with lots of luxury shopping stores nearby.

There was no reception or welcome desk, and it seemed like the focus of the hotel was more on the evening drinks restaurant than the rooms. You could hear noises from other rooms, and some small details like inclined night tables and a blocked shower drain were bothersome.

During my transit in Naples, I decided to stay at Relais Metis for its convenient location. The nearest airport, B&B Sofì, was only 6 km away, making it an ideal choice for my short stay. the hotel is also just a 15-minute walk from Piazza Amedeo, allowing me to easily explore the city's attractions.

While the overall experience at Relais Metis was pleasant, there was one minor drawback. The absence of a reception or even a small desk to welcome guests was noticeable.
